Berry-licious Breakfast Smoothie Bowls

Filling and packed full of essential vitamins, these dairy-free, berry smoothie bowls are the perfect protein-packed breakfast. Another recipe from Tim Robbard's latest book The 7:2:1 Plan, Tim says, "blueberries are known as the king of antioxidant foods and are packed full of fibre. Almond milk brings a source of both vitamin D and calcium to the table, as well as vitamin E for skin health [and] juicy and delicious, raspberries are an excellent source of vitamin C." He also suggests making your own nut butter by adding 3 cups of your favourite nuts to the food processor and blitzing until smooth.
