Method

  • Step 1. Preheat oven to 190C.

  • Step 2. Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl.

  • Step 3. Add coconut and chocolate chips, stir to combine.

  • Step 4. Whisk egg in a small bowl.

  • Step 5. Add milk and oil and whisk.

  • Step 6. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients, stir with wooden spoon only until flour is combined.

  • Step 7. Do not over-mix. Pour mixture into 9 muffin tray holes lined with patty pans.

  • Step 8. Bake for approximately 20-22 minutes (skewer test to make sure they are cooked through!).

  • Step 9. Remove the muffin tray from the oven, allow to cool.

  • Step 10. Top each muffin with a heaped teaspoon of nutella and a chopped Bounty bar.
