We're a few weeks off Spring, meaning shedding those cosy winter knits is inevitable - as will be our sudden desire to get our summer body back on track after a winter spent under said cosy knits! Thankfully fitness professionals and theright.fit models Todd and Lacey (who also happen to be a real life husband and wife duo!) know just the right moves to whip us back into shape in no time.
