Method

  • Step 1. Cover dried dates with a little water and allow to soak for about an hour

  • Step 2. Drain the dates and then blend all the base ingredients together and spoon into 2 cups or small bowls or jars

  • Step 3. Blend ricotta, frozen banana, nutmeg and maple syrup until smooth.

  • Step 4. Spoon over the base and chill in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.

  • Step 5. Garnish with a strawberry and serve
