Quinoa Crumb Baked Fish & Red Cabbage Slaw

Original Quinoa Crumb Baked Fish Land

Method

  • Step 1. 1. Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2. 2. Combine quinoa flakes, zest and sesame seeds in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 

  • Step 3. 3. Place beaten egg in a small bowl and quinoa mix in another. Dip fish into egg then press into quinoa mixture.

  • Step 4. 4. Place fish fillets on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned. 

  • Step 5. 5. Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside.

  • Step 6. 6. Meanwhile, combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
