Method

  • Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the bottom and sides of a medium round baking pan with tahini paste.

  • Step 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pine nuts. Mix until a smooth paste is formed.

  • Step 3. Pour mixture into the baking pan, then sprinkle pine nuts on top.

  • Step 4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown, let cool. Cut into equal-sized lozenges and serve.
