Method

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the bottom and sides of a medium round baking pan with tahini paste.

Step 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pine nuts. Mix until a smooth paste is formed.

Step 3. Pour mixture into the baking pan, then sprinkle pine nuts on top.

Step 4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown, let cool. Cut into equal-sized lozenges and serve.
