Try This Quick-Fit Buddy Workout

We're a few weeks off Spring, meaning shedding those cosy winter knits is inevitable - as will be our sudden desire to get our summer body back on track after a winter spent under said cosy knits! Thankfully fitness professionals and theright.fit models Todd and Lacey (who also happen to be a real life husband and wife duo!) know just the right moves to whip us back into shape in no time. They walk us through how to do each on them in the video below. We suggest trying to complete three sets, performing 10 reps of each exercise.
