To get you up to speed, now Spring is here, and Summer is just around the corner, we sat down with Sam Wood creator of 28 By Sam Wood fitness program to talk all things health, fitness, love and life. 

In this chat, Sam explains why committing to 28 minutes for 28 days really works - his fiancé Snezana Markoski lost a whopping 10kg using the 28 program! He also talks candidly about family life with Snezana her daughter, and how moving in together has given him a new perspective on the challenges faced by busy parents. 

I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of the program - the meals are healthy, delicious and super-quick to prepare and the 28-minute workouts can be set to suit any fitness level - I would say I am at a high fitness level, and I found them to be challenging, definitely a pleasant (and painful) surprise!
